Expectations and evidence
- Required inputs (protocol identifiers)
- html, render, intent
- When it applies
- Navigation destinations declared essential.
- How to check
- Compare source and rendered DOM; identify buttons, onclick handlers and anchors without href.
- Expectation
- Every tested essential destination has an a link with a resolvable href at the observed stage; source and rendered stages are distinguished.
- Evidence to retain
- A crawlable HTML link to every essential destination.
- Non-applicability
- No relevant navigation, with a justified scope.
- Limitations
- Crawlability guarantees neither indexing nor rankings.
- Outcome clarification
- C requires all expectations across the declared scope. NC requires evidenced contradiction; otherwise NT. NA requires evidence of non-applicability.
- Reference scope
- Technical reference; the TSEP acceptance rule remains an editorial proposal.
