Expectations and evidence
- Required inputs (protocol identifiers)
- configuration, ci-output, change-history, intent
- When it applies
- Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
- How to check
- Fix the population, matrix and policy before attempts; replay native inputs/outputs, bound events and negative rehearsal under release-invariants-v1.
- Expectation
- Reviewed representative plan, covered executions and correct failure/unknown handling; all three rules pass. A correctly blocked SEO defect stays visible without failing the process.
- Evidence to retain
- Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
- Non-applicability
- No relevant deployment or pipeline within the scope and period.
- Limitations
- First strict native TSEP profile without overrides; supplied commands are never executed. Reviews, completeness, clocks and runner are supplied, not authenticated. C qualifies the declared process, not global SEO health, causality or remote CI.
- Outcome clarification
- C requires all expectations across the declared scope. NC requires evidenced contradiction; otherwise NT. NA requires evidence of non-applicability.
- Reference scope
- Edikka governance and non-regression control; no single official document prescribes this complete pipeline.
Atomic rules
TS41-A01 — Prior plan and representativeness
- Required inputs (protocol identifiers)
- configuration, intent
- When it applies
- Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
- How to check
- Check the window, attempts, matrix, strict policy and bound representativeness review before the window.
- Expectation
- Complete plan and supported review; explicit bound rejection = fail.
- Evidence to retain
- Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
- Assumptions
- Supplied population, comparable context, artifact identities and reviews; their truth remains to qualify.
- Inconclusive outcome
- Missing, unbound, late or incomplete plan/review; unsupported profile, threshold or scope.
- Non-applicability
- No automatic atomic exemption.
- Limitations
- First strict native TSEP profile without overrides; supplied commands are never executed. Reviews, completeness, clocks and runner are supplied, not authenticated. C qualifies the declared process, not global SEO health, causality or remote CI.
TS41-A02 — Execution coverage and output fidelity
- Required inputs (protocol identifiers)
- configuration, ci-output, change-history, intent
- When it applies
- Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
- How to check
- Recalculate retained inputs; check matrix, artifacts, command, triggers and chronology without executing argv.
- Expectation
- Exact population and faithful outputs including retained unknowns; conclusive binding or output contradiction = fail.
- Evidence to retain
- Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
- Assumptions
- Supplied population, comparable context, artifact identities and reviews; their truth remains to qualify.
- Inconclusive outcome
- Missing receipt, cell, review, event or runtime; ambiguous journal, extra execution or differing inconclusive recalculation.
TS41-A03 — Negative rehearsal and process response
- Required inputs (protocol identifiers)
- configuration, ci-output, change-history, intent
- When it applies
- Deployments subject to project-defined SEO invariants.
- How to check
- Check prior negative failure, distinct pass/fail/inconclusive exit codes and explicit block/apply or accept/hold event.
- Expectation
- Effective negative rehearsal and phase-correct responses; masked failure/unknown, wrong action or observed override = fail.
- Evidence to retain
- Bound plan/reviews, identified command/environment, native input/output receipts, process exit codes, JSONL journal and artifacts around application.
- Assumptions
- Supplied population, comparable context, artifact identities and reviews; their truth remains to qualify.
- Inconclusive outcome
- Missing/unqualified rehearsal, process exit, binding or action; journal absence cannot establish a block.
